Cancellation Policy – Villa Aurora
We want your booking to be flexible and transparent. Please note the following conditions:
- Free Cancellation:
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation within the last 14 days before arrival:
- For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Special Circumstances:
- In case of force majeure or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, official restrictions), we reserve the right to offer individual solutions.
- Booking Changes:
- Requests to change the booking (e.g., different travel dates) are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so we can find a suitable solution.
- Payment:
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or through booking platforms.
- In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
