1. Booking & Payment

• By making a booking, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.
• Payment is processed according to the conditions of the respective booking platform.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3 PM 
• Check-out: by 11 AM
• A personal access code for the front door will be provided prior to arrival.

3. Number of Guests

• The number of guests stated in the booking is binding.
• Additional overnight guests are not permitted unless agreed upon in writing in advance.

4. Quiet Hours & Conduct

• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be considerate of the neighborhood.
• Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

5. Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Smoking outdoors is allowed only with consideration for others and the neighborhood.

6. Final Cleaning & Tourist Tax

• A final cleaning fee of €100 per stay applies.
• In addition, a tourist tax of €1 per person per night is charged for all guests aged 17 and over.

7. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
• Please report any damage immediately so that a solution can be found together.

8. Disclaimer

• Use of the house, garden, and all facilities is at the guest’s own risk. We assume no liability for personal belongings.

9. Privacy

• We respect our guests’ privacy. The property will not be entered during your stay without prior notice.
